·         Massachusetts certification or eligibility for certification

·         Develop, prepare and manage the annual Whitman-Hanson Regional School District budget

·         Advise the Superintendent on all financial business and Human Resources matters

·         Prepare and present financial reports and budget analyses at meetings as required

·         Responsible for all budgetary/business operations

·         Manage the regional school district contracts, insurance, and employee benefits program

·         Responsible for the reconciliation of all bank accounts

·         Coordinate with local business managers school related issues

·         Fiscal Manage of local, state, and federal grants

·         Responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll

·         Manage Uniform Chart of Accounts for district

·         Direct and supervise office support staff personnel regarding fiscal and business matters

·         Prepare for and assist in the timely completion of the annual fiscal audit and other audit required under M.G.L.

·         Preparation of all competitive bid and request for proposal specifications and documents, including policies and laws governing such activities, as required

·         Responsible for all purchases by District

·         Must be certified as a Massachusetts Public Purchasing Official (MCPPO)

·         Serve as the program liaison for transportation matters
