Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required, Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field preferred.
Five to Seven years of related job experience in human resources and payroll field.
Professional certification in human resources, SHRM-CP preferred.
Strong interpersonal, computer and analytical skills.
Must have strong technical skills in Microsoft Office, Google Applications, district accounting and payroll systems (e.g. Munis), employee benefit and attendance systems.
Must be able to work positively and collaboratively with the Town Human Resources Coordinator.
