9.28 Conference Feedback Form

Ongoing feedback is essential as we continually strive to improve our organization's support for our membership. With this in mind, please take a moment to provide feedback on last Friday's MASPA conference as well as input into a possible future activity.

  • While there will always be great value in bringing in outside experts to present on important topic such as employment law and changes within DESE, we also have an extensive and impressive pool of talent within our own membership body.

    With this in mind, we would like to float the idea of carving out a block of time from a future MASPA Conference day for an new activity we would call, "Tapping into the MASPA Talent Pool." During this event members would give brief presentation on their areas of specialty, such as:
    * Employee wellness
    * Hiring and supporting Millennials

    Once we have a list of subjects, we will explore the viability of offering such a program and start to look at possible scheduling options.
